Hyperlipidemia is a condition in which one or more lipid profiles the blood have increased. Plum fruit ( Prunus domestica ) was empirically used to treat hyperlipidemia by reducing production of cholesterol blood. This study has purpose predict bioavailability and interaction secondary metabolites P. against HMG-CoA reductase using silico method. uses SwissADME webserver with Boiled-Egg method PyRx0.8 compounds molecular docking. From 108 metabolites, 37 were predicted good bioavailability. There two (cyaniding tryptamine) that potential as anti similar better than antihyperlipidemic drugs statin class (simvastatin). Cyanidin tryptamine binding energy values (-5.12 kcal/mol -4.95 kcal/mol) estimated inhibition constant (117.15 µM 234.67 µM) simvastatin (-4.96 231.44 µM). Both also amino acid residues (Lys735 for cyanidin Glu559 simvastatin.
